Pinecroft Realty is the leasing arm of RRC Medical Real Estate, LLC. RRC is a full service, commercial real estate firm based in the north Houston, Texas suburb of The Woodlands. Over the past eight years, in collaboration with local physician groups and health systems, RRC has broken ground on or acquired ten projects totaling approximately 750,000 SF of medical office space and commercial space in north Houston.

RRC provides full service property management, asset management and facilities management services to a portfolio of over 500,000 SF. Pinecroft Realty is the subsidiary responsible for leasing services.
